What are my responsibilities?
* The program is the brainchild of Barbara Kux
* Selected candidates have the unique chance to join a leading global engineering and technology services company
* It is an exceptional, fast-track opportunity for a select few; every candidate will be personally mentored by Barbara Kux; she will also be the final interview partner during the selection process
* The SCM Excellence Program lasts from 6 to 18 months
* It is tailor-made for the respective participant and customized for his or her future target function
* The candidates will have ample opportunity to demonstrate their leadership expertise in tackling the real-world challenges that the various Siemens business units are confronting
* Candidates will be coached as well as participate in specially developed trainings and seminars
* The program is ideally suited for networking as well as developing leadership skills on and off the job – but always in the fast lane
What do I need to qualify for this job?
* Strong academic background and references
* Master’s degree in an engineering-related field of study
* MBA or PhD from one of the leading international business schools
* Three to twelve years of work experience
* Successful professional background in Siemens-related industries
* Track record of leading larger teams and handling complex projects
* Extraordinary leadership qualities and vision for leading change
* International experience of more than one year
* Fluent in English, preferably multilingual
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
