a. ICS Infrastructure Support Executive
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Report directly to ICS System and Infrastructure Manager. This position is responsible to Plans, directs and evaluates the functions associated with computer operations, data entry, help desk, and security administration, maintaining a full 24-hour, seven day a week support operation to the entire organization. Responsibilities include monitor., to develops and provides standards technical guidance to the ICS team, direct the interface of software systems configuration and the application systems.
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in similar position, having knowledge in infrastructure and networking, having skills in supporting resources and establishing priorities, examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures, able to analyze operational data requirements and to create and develop databases specific to requirements, able to develop and maintain recordkeeping systems and procedures, good communication skills and able to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients and customers, good verbal and written English skills.
b. ICS Application Support Executive
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Report directly to ICS Application Support Manager. This position is responsible to provides, overseas and responsible for day to day helpdesk, hardware and software support, problem analysis and resolution, user training related to core information systems. Network engineering, internet technologies, database management and large telecommunication networks which affecting the overall operating and network system. To develops and provides standards technical guidance to the ICS team, direct the interface of software systems configuration and the application systems.
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in similar position, having knowledge in application and software, having skills in supporting resources and establishing priorities, examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures, able to analyze operational data requirements and to create and develop databases specific to requirements, able to develop and maintain recordkeeping systems and procedures, good communication skills and able to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients and customers, good verbal and written English skills.
c. National Pick Up Delivery Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Report directly to Operation Director. This position is responsible to manage delivery and pickup performance in all branches as well as to upgrade the capacity of our agent / third party delivery and monitoring all fleets and supplies and to support pick up and delivery performance in national scope.
Requirements:
* Minimum bachelor degree with a minimum of 8 years experience from distribution/ forwarding/ logistics industry/ transportation/ export/ import experience and minimum of 3 years experience in managerial level, good people management with motivational abilities, strong knowledge of Express Operations, proven track of record with implementing large complex innovative projects, excellent communication skill, excellent verbal and written English skills and familiarity in using Ms. Office.
d. Tax Assistant
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Report directly to Tax Manager. This position is responsible to prepare, coordinate and maintain all financial transactions and reconciliations related to tax to ensure company policies are met with local tax regulation for branches and Jakarta. .
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree with a minimum of 2 year experience in tax area, familiar with Indonesia Tax System and SAP system would be an advantage, good verbal and written English skills and familiarity in using Ms. Office.
e. Front Desk Assistant
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Report directly to General Services Supervisor. This position is responsible to handle incoming and outgoing calls and letters are being handled properly accordingly to TNT’s standard, to ensure that callers and visitors (internal and external) are provided with service and to carry out all administrative support.
Requirements:
* Minimum diploma 3 degree with a minimum of 1 year experience in similar position, customer oriented, good communication skill, good verbal and written English skills and familiarity in using Ms. Office.
This position required jobholder must have driving license and own car.
f. Major Account Customer Service Assistant (Jakarta)

Responsibilities:
* Report directly to Major Account CS Supervisor. This position is responsible to build and maintain a positive relationship with Major Account’s customers by providing excellent and dedicated customer service through frontline and support activities ie: handling incoming calls, customer’s inquiry & complaint, as well as assist to fill their needs, to maintain our service excellence. performance feedback and teambuilding, in order to maximize customer satisfaction, business results and employee satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Minimum diploma 3 degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in related field especially service industry, pleasant personality and excellent communication skills, good verbal and written English skills and familiarity in using Ms. Office.
