System Analyst
(Banten - Karawaci)
Responsibilities:
* Create client server system to fulfill the company needs of effective and efficient front end support software.
* Control the implementation of System Development Life Cycle in developing software to meet accuracy and compliance requirement.
* Maintain application day to day process to produce excellent service and accurate data.
* Designing effective and efficient software to meet the company standard and user requirement.
* Analyze user needs to understand the requirement and propose the solution in application side.
* Coach and supervise junior team member.
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree (S1) with GPA minimum 3.00
* Preferably from Information technology
* Minimum 4 years experience as system analyst in financial industry or consultant. Preferably from insurance industry.
* Understand the Relational Database Management System
* Understand structured programming logic
* Knowledge on Microsoft SQL database, Microsoft Visual Basic .Net 2003 and above.
* LOMA / Information Technology certification are an advantaged
* Knowledge and skill on Oracle database programming / Java programming is an advantage
* Excellent communication skills
* Out of the box and able to come up with ideas
* Good command in English
* Good Analytical Skill
* Able to work as a team member
