Requirements:
* Male/ Female, ages between 25-35 years old
* Possess Bachelor S1/S2 degree in Marketing/Business or any related fields from reputable university with GPA min. 2.80
* Excellent understanding and ability to implement Modern Market business flow (business plan, promotion activities, service level, stock management, business strategy, target market, suitable sales policy)
* Excellent skill in achieving sales target (volume and value) in regard of Modern Market through existing customers and sxpanding business/new customers/new products
* Strong analytical skills, and high sales drive
* Strong experience in people management (SPG/MD/Salesman)
* Positive attitude and high integrity, dynamic, self confident, initiative, good interpersonal skill, and pro active
* Have the ability to analyze sales and make sales forecast
* Having commerce ability / did business / trading related or not related field
* Willing to work under pressure & target and open for placement in any of our branches through out of Indonesia
