* Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university in any major
* Have experience as Compliance Officer for min. 3-5 years in Banking Industry
* Have strong leadership and team working skills
* Good attitude, analytical, and dynamic
* Have computer skills min. Ms. Office (Ms. Words, Ms. Excel & Power Point)
* Fluent in English is a must both oral and written
* Main Specification :
o Well exposed to business, finance and banking laws and updates
o Have work experience in foreign Bank / mixed
o Eagerness to Risk Awareness, Rules and Integrity for Compliance
o Good understand on writing reports, internal policies and procedures
