We are looking for participants for our Supply Chain Management Advanced Program / Master of Arts throughout Germany starting in October.

Requirements:
What are my responsibilities?

* Degree after the program: Master of Arts in Management
* Each participant is assigned to a position within one of the Sectors of Siemens
* Six intensive blocks of training at top international universities designed to advance your specialist knowledge, enhance your personal skills and foster networking with the SCM community at Siemens
* Three practical assignments: the first assignment will take place at one of our SCM sites in your home country; the second assignment takes place in a Siemens site abroad, The third assignment proceeds in your future target department, you will write your master thesis
* Continued feedback, coaching and mentoring by Siemens managers and external experts
* Upon completing the program, you will assume a function within manufacturing, global procurement or logistics (depending on your focus area) which has been mutually agreed in advance

What do I need to qualify for this job?

* University degree in business studies or (industrial) engineering (electrical, mechanical) or a combined engineering and business economics degree
* Extraordinary results in regular length of study
* Excellent English skills
* Initial practical experience in the area of Supply Chain Management
* The SCM Advanced Program is aimed at recent graduates who have either completed their studies within the last two years or will do so in the next few months
* Intercultural experience through study or internship in a foreign-speaking cultural area
* Ability to think strategically, analytical skills, results-oriented approach and drive Good communication skills, leadership ambitions and mobility
