Responsibilities:
* Selling units of apartments to new and existing customers.
* identifying new markets and business opportunities.
* listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
* maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails.
* arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
* negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
* feeding future buying trends back to employers.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, any field.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Apartment Green Lake Sunter - Jakarta Utara.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Preferably having experience in property (selling apartments).
* Full-Time positions available.
