Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
* At least 3-4 year(s) of working experience as Customer Service, preferably banking, insurance
* Excellent communication skill with ability to handling complaint properly
* Good interpersonal skill with strong influence & persuasiveness
* Able to work with minimum supervision, have initiative and independent
* Willing to work independently at Surabaya. Preferably lived in Surabaya.
