A Sales Support

Responsibilities:
Manage the overall order processing and customer services administration by active services to Customers from Sales Executive to ensure the customer orders and invoices are processed in time, accurate and efficient manner.
Assist and communicate with the Sales & Marketing Department by informing any issues regarding internal and external customers to ensure the fully aware of problem solving. Coordinate with team member to ensure the standard of order processing are maintained.
Administrate the BPMS mail system, local web page and filling system to ensure that all mails and documents being handled and kept properly.
Support the ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 Management System related to customer services process by conform to the ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 requirements to ensure customer satisfaction and ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 standards

Female, maximal 35 years old and having good appearance.
Minimal D3, preferable from Marketing or Management.
Working experiences minimal is 1 year in the customer service field.
English is a MUST.
Talkative, independent and customer oriented.
